Technical logs and security checks are used to keep the shop available, detect misuse, and protect customers and TechDucky from unauthorized activity.
Card and wallet payments are processed through the selected payment provider, for example Stripe where available. TechDucky does not ask you to send full card numbers by email and does not store full card data on this website. Hosting, email, payment, analytics-free security, and delivery providers may process limited data only as needed to provide their service.
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required for fulfilment, warranty, returns, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal defence. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and protect legitimate interests. Security logs are reviewed and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required.
Depending on applicable law, including Swiss data protection law and, where relevant, GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Some data cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal claims. You must not use TechDucky products for unauthorized access, signal interference, surveillance, credential theft, fraud, harassment, disruption, bypassing access controls, or testing systems and radio environments without permission.
You are responsible for checking and following all applicable local laws, radio spectrum rules, import rules, workplace policies, school policies, and safety requirements before purchase, import, possession, transport, and use. If your jurisdiction requires licences, permits, authorization, or restricted operation, you must obtain them before using the product.

Orders are accepted only after payment authorization or confirmed bank-transfer preparation. TechDucky may reject, cancel, refund, or request additional verification for orders that appear fraudulent, unsafe, incomplete, prohibited, or inconsistent with these terms.
Delivery times are estimates and may depend on address accuracy, payment confirmation, stock, carrier performance, customs, weather, and operational constraints. Risk may transfer according to applicable law and the selected shipping method. You must inspect the package after delivery and report visible transport damage or missing items promptly.
Returns are accepted within 30 days when the product is complete, undamaged, and in resellable condition, unless a mandatory legal rule provides otherwise. Used, damaged, modified, incomplete, or abused products may be refused or refunded only partially. Shipping, customs, import fees, and payment-provider costs may be handled according to the specific order and applicable law.
TechDucky will handle valid defects according to applicable law and the order details. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water damage, improper power supply, unsupported firmware changes, unsafe radio operation, or use outside lawful and authorized environments. Product information may be updated to improve clarity and safety.
TechDucky does not provide instructions, support, firmware, examples, or community help for unlawful activity or unauthorized testing. Support may be refused where a request appears to involve abuse, illegal access, interference, privacy violations, or harm to third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TechDucky is not liable for indirect losses, unlawful use by the buyer, third-party damage caused by misuse, loss of data, loss of profit, regulatory penalties, import issues, or consequences of using the product outside approved and lawful environments.
Firmware notes, update packages, and owner resources are intended for verified TechDucky product owners. Firmware is provided to improve stability, device handling, supported research workflows, security, and documentation clarity.
Before installing firmware, read the relevant release notes, verify that the package matches your device model, keep a backup of any local data you need, and ensure that the device has sufficient power. Interrupting an update, using the wrong package, or modifying firmware outside the supported process may damage the device or void support.
Firmware may be used only with TechDucky products you own or are authorized to maintain. It must not be redistributed as a misleading official build, bundled with unsafe instructions, used to bypass lawful restrictions, or modified to enable unauthorized access, interference, surveillance, or harm.
If you believe you found a security issue in firmware, documentation, checkout, or product behaviour, contact support@techducky.ch with a clear description and steps to reproduce. Do not publish exploit details or instructions that could enable misuse before TechDucky has had a reasonable chance to investigate.
Requests for firmware features that target unauthorized access, jamming, credential capture, privacy invasion, evasion, or harmful operation will be refused. Support is limited to lawful, defensive, educational, and owned-environment workflows.
Firmware availability, update frequency, and supported features may change as hardware batches, safety requirements, and legal considerations evolve. TechDucky may withdraw or replace a package if it is outdated, unsafe, or no longer suitable for supported devices.
TechDucky community spaces, support conversations, and owner channels are intended for product setup, troubleshooting, responsible research, education, defensive testing, documentation feedback, and approved lab workflows.
Allowed topics include safe setup, battery and charging questions, accessory fit, firmware update help, owned-device diagnostics, documentation corrections, responsible disclosure coordination, and lawful research workflows where the user has permission to test.
Community channels must not be used for instructions, files, targets, scripts, walkthroughs, or advice that enable unauthorized access, signal interference, credential theft, privacy invasion, fraud, evasion, harassment, or damage to systems, networks, devices, or third parties.
TechDucky may remove content, refuse support, limit access, ban accounts, cancel orders, or preserve relevant records if behaviour appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or inconsistent with these rules. Moderation decisions may be made to protect users, third parties, infrastructure, and the TechDucky brand.
If you send feedback, bug reports, setup notes, screenshots, or suggestions, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not expose confidential third-party data. Do not post private keys, passwords, customer data, access tokens, personal addresses, or targets you are not authorized to discuss.
Community help is not legal advice, safety certification, spectrum authorization, or a guarantee that a specific workflow is permitted in your location. You remain responsible for checking permission, law, policy, and safety before using any product or suggestion.
