Who is Ducky V1 for?
Ducky V1 is for authorized wireless research, education, and owned lab environments. It is not positioned for use on networks, devices, or spectrum you are not allowed to test.
Is it legal to buy and use?
Ducky V1 is sold for lawful, authorized research, education, development, and owned-lab use. You are responsible for following your local laws, radio-spectrum rules, and any workplace or school policies before you buy, import, and use it. It must not be used for unauthorized access, interference, surveillance, or anything that harms third parties. See the Terms for the full conditions.
Which countries do you ship to?
Swiss shipping is included in the CHF 69.95 price. We can also ship to neighbouring countries — Germany, Austria, France, and Italy — which you can select at checkout. For shipping outside Switzerland, email support@techducky.ch first so we can confirm rates and delivery time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Switzerland once your payment is confirmed, and you receive an order confirmation by email. Delivery usually takes around 14 days. If you need it sooner or have a question about your order, contact support@techducky.ch.
Which payment methods are available?
The checkout supports card payments through Stripe, wallet options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, and IBAN bank transfer.

Swiss shipping is included in the displayed CHF 69.95 price for Ducky V1.
Do I get firmware updates?
Yes. Firmware and owner resources are provided to verified product owners to improve stability, device handling, security, and documentation. Always check that a package matches your device and keep it powered during an update. See the Firmware notice for details.
What is your return and warranty policy?
You can return Ducky V1 within 30 days if it is complete, undamaged, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is covered by the buyer (around CHF 7 within Switzerland); for a confirmed defect we cover the return and handle it according to applicable Swiss law. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical or water damage, unsupported firmware changes, or unauthorized modification. See the Terms for the full policy.
